I've been meaning to take in a Wolves game, but just haven't made it yet. I know what you mean. Chelios with the Red Wings was borderline goonish. Have you seen that classic footage of Chelios repeatedly cross-checking Patrick Kane in the playoffs last year? He just repeatedly pounds that kid into the boards. To me, Chelios was kind of like the Bill Laimbeer of hockey. You loved to hate him if you weren't a Detroit fan, but you couldn't take your eyes off of him regardless. ;) Wow, Kris Versteeg was at the Icehogs game? The Wolves were in town to play the Icehogs. I've never been a big fan of Chelios, to be honest, but I was very excited to finally see him play in person.
