What Now??? Jack Skille Sent Back Down; Andrew Ebbett Plucked Off Waivers
Winger Jack Skille has been replaced by Andrew Ebbett who was plucked off of waivers from Anaheim on Saturday. I’m left to ask why? Wasn’t Skille doing a good job? Didn’t he come cheap? Gee, give a kid a chance.
Yep, and just continue to ignore the huge, 800-pound gorilla in net.

Another retraction, or rewrite, or possibly a whole new story is in order here.
(Am I gonna be your new editor now?) ;)

This post is from October when Ebbett was first acquired. Are you saying you want me to write another story because Andrew Ebbett was put back on waivers and picked back up by the Minnesota Wild?
Wait, doesn’t that make me right though? The Hawks should have stuck with Jack Skille and never acquired Ebbett. What’s the big deal with bringing someone up from Rockford anyway? I never understood that. It’s like this big stigma. Wasn’t it Q who said that your place out there on the ice is earned?

Yes, that’s Q’s way of thinking.
Give it another day, or possibly tonight during the game, and we’ll see what they have to say about pick-ups, trades and/or possible signings.
The Hawks orginization is led by the Bowmans now, and they know how to shop, scout and buy things for killer deals, even if they are for trades at a later date.
Trust me on this.
They are working on something here…
